Bell-shaped tanks for Parmesan Cheese and Grana Padano production

DOUBLE BOTTOMS CASEARMECCANICA FOR PARMIGIANO REGGIANO AND GRANA PADANO CHEESE

Casearmeccanica designs and manufactures “fixed bell-shaped tanks” or also named “conical double bottoms”  for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano with a capacity of 1200 liters that can be processed, with an internal copper boiler and an external coating in AISI 304 stainless steel, available in a glossy, satin or flowered finish, 3 mm thick and upper edge in stainless steel.

The double bottom has a stainless steel safety valve outside the structure and is anchored to the floor by means of a stainless steel ring. Between the two copper and steel cores there is an internal stainless steel coil for uniform distribution of the steam for homogeneous heating of the curd. In addition to the double bottom, Casearmeccanica also supplies stainless steel propeller stirrers, with variable speed, for delicate and optimal processing of the product.

The Company is able to set up entire processing rooms according to the specific needs of the customer, both in terms of space and logistics in and out of the forms, as well as on the quantity of milk that can be processed daily in the individual production site.

Our technicians test and verify the correct operation of the entire system and of the single boiler directly on site anywhere in the world. Our assistance, made up of teams of specialized technicians, is able to intervene very quickly in the event of problems that compromise daily production thanks to an organized and efficient service.
