All can be built open or closed with internal AISI 304 stainless steel or copper, ideal for the production of different types of cheese.
Product heating: carried out by steam on the bottom and on half of the wall, through an internal “forced” circuit with condensate return and recovery
Product cooling: through the passage of source water or mains water, or cold water supplied by a suitable plant through the same circuit.
High density mineral fiber insulation on the wall, with stainless steel coating.
Product stirring and cutting system
- with double opposed reducer mounted on the roof of the tank, equipped with motor with speed variation of the lire and blades
- Inside the tank there are two liras with sharp, polished blades, with incorporated blades of the “Flag” type, right rotation of the curd, left-hand shaking of the product.
- Cutting and stirring speed adjustable by inverter
The curd is discharged by a manual or pneumatic throttle
Support base totally in stainless steel
Service gangway with an access ladder, in non-slip grating with railings and beat to safety standards with adjustable self-leveling feet
PT 100 temperature control probe (displayed on the electrical panel) in contact without a hole in the tank
Electric control and power panel with PLC and touch-screen color panel and dedicated “Caseartech” software
Remote control from PC and / or Smartphone. Service with remote assistance system
Hydraulic electric control unit for the piston control of the tank during the curd discharge, which allows the lifting and tilting of the tank itself for an easy discharge of the product.
Pressure sensor to calculate liters in the tank: using the sensor it is possible to know the liters of milk being processed inside the multipurpose unit
Possibility of direct connection for curd discharge to the forming bench
